Next Monday, 10 August 2009, Jenny Griffiths, a social worker with 20 years experience working with families and children with a disability, will be running a free resilience seminar for families at Mosman. The seminar will look ways you can help build resilience in your child with a disability – such as healthy coping skills like problem solving, dealing with feelings, relaxation and helpful thinking.
