What a wonderful team of volunteers you were, playing ‘Santa’s helpers’ at our recent Christmas for the Kids party. Your enthusiasm for the role was infectious and created such a warm welcoming experience for our children – some of whom were meeting Santa for the first time!
Not only did you engage with the children and hand out gifts, you also provided us with the funds to purchase these presents.

Mark, this was your team’s third project with us and as always when you heard our plight you didn’t hesitate to come to the rescue. This time it was the children’s playground at Allambie which had not only become a little neglected over the winter months but also had several safety issues. Your hard work, determination and wonderful commitment to all our children paid off and thanks to your incredible team you gave them back a much safer, brighter and cleaner play area. Your visits with us have always been so much more than team-building days for your staff. You never seem to mind what you do, just want to help wherever it is needed. We loved meeting Jessica – your little team mascot. Clearly she is ready to follow in daddy’s footsteps.
Thank you all so much for getting up early and taking part in our annual Harbour Bridge Walk last Sunday.
When Gabriel drew our attention to the wonderful ‘works of art’ produced by the children in his Conductive Education classes and suggested we use the paintings in some way to benefit the children, raise awareness of CPand some funds at the same time, we did not expect things would turn out on such a grand scale. But then when it comes to help and support, the ING Foundation (and Shannon Carruth in particular ) can be relied upon to rally and give their best. Your enthusiasm for the project was obvious from the start as your team of skilled volunteers took up the challenge.
