‘Caring and Curing’ is your mission statement and something you all modelled so well last week when you shared your skills and completed the task of painting three rooms at our Ryde site.
There were many smiling faces when the children came in for their therapies this morning. Thank you all for showing you care and working so hard to transform some pretty dull and boring rooms into ones that are now fresh and fantastic!
When we see the word ‘Starbucks’ we think of good coffee, but last Thursday on the Allambie site something quite different was brewing.
In town for a couple of days, Managers from Victoria, Queensland and NSW outlets gathered together and with 40 pairs of ‘helping hands’ made The Spastic Centre site not only look much nicer but a whole lot safer.

The horses may have been the fastest on four legs on Saturday, but we think all our wonderful volunteers were also fast and world class. Huge thanks to everyone who gave up a chunk of their weekend to sell commemorative pins. You raised an amazing $18,000+ in just a few hours and we could not have achieved this without your help.
